We sent Noah to his people. He said, "O my people, worship God; you have no other god but He. I fear for you the punishment of a dreadful Day," 59 Said the eminent among his people, "Indeed, we see you in clear error." 60 [Nuh (Noah)] said: "O my people! There is no error in me, but I am a Messenger from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists)! 61 "I convey unto you the Messages of my Lord and give sincere advice to you. And I know from Allah what you know not. 62 Does it seem strange to you that a reminder from your Lord should be sent to a man, from among you, to warn you so that you might receive mercy?" 63 But they called him a liar, so We delivered him and those with him in the ark, and We drowned those who rejected Our communications; surely they were a blind people. 64
