When Moses said to his (assisting) youth: 'I will not give up until I reach the point where the two seas meet even though I should go on for many years' 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 When they had passed over, he said to his page, 'Bring us our breakfast; indeed, we have encountered weariness from this our journey.' 62 He said: Didst thou see, when we took refuge on the rock, and I forgot the fish - and none but Satan caused me to forget to mention it - it took its way into the waters by a marvel. 63 He said: This is that which we have been seeking. So they retraced their steps again. 64 And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge. 65 Moosa said to him, “May I stay with you upon the condition that you will teach me the righteousness that you have been taught?” 66 Said he, 'Assuredly thou wilt not be able to bear with me patiently. 67 And how canst thou have patience over that which thy knowledge encompasseth not 68 Moses said: "Thou wilt find me, if Allah so will, (truly) patient: nor shall I disobey thee in aught." 69 He said: "Well, if you follow me, do not ask me concerning anything until I myself mention it to you." 70
