Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 And We shall drive the Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, criminals, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, etc.) to Hell, in a thirsty state (like a thirsty herd driven down to water), 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 whereat the heavens might well-nigh be rent into fragments, and the earth be split asunder, and the mountains fall down in ruins! 90 at their ascribing a son to the Most Compassionate Lord. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but comes unto the Most Beneficent (Allah) as a slave. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So We have made this (the Quran) easy in your own tongue (O Muhammad SAW), only that you may give glad tidings to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2), and warn with it the Ludda (most quarrelsome) people. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
