۞ Also We revealed unto Moses, 'Go with My servants by night; surely you will be followed.' 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
