Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said: "It is not for me to know what they were doing. 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
