We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Ilyas was most surely of the apostles. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
