Surely the fruit of the Zaqqum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like dregs of oil, it will boil in their bellies 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Verily! The Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), will be in place of Security (Paradise). 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 dressed in fine silk and in rich brocade, and they will face each other: 53 Thus (shall it be), and We will wed them with Houris pure, beautiful ones. 54 They will call for every kind of fruit with satisfaction. 55 Nor will they there taste Death, except the first death; and He will preserve them from the Penalty of the Blazing Fire,- 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
