Are ye harder to create or the heaven which He hath builded? 27 He hath raised the height thereof and perfected it. 28 Its night He covers with darkness, and its forenoon He brings out (with light). 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains hath He firmly fixed;- 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 but one who fears to stand before his Lord and restrained himself from base desires, 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They will ask you [Prophet] about the Hour, saying, "When it will come to pass?", 42 Wherein art thou concerned with the declaration thereof! 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 Thou art but a warner unto him who feareth. 45 On the day that they see it, it will be as though they had not tarried but the latter part of a day or the early part of it. 46
