Say thou: call upon those whom ye assert beside Allah. They own not an atom's weight either in the heavens or in the earth, nor have they any partnership in either, nor is there for Him from among them any supporter. 22 Intercession will not avail with Him save for him to whom He gives leave; till, when terror is lifted from their hearts, they will say, "What said your Lord?' They will say, 'The truth; and He is the All-high; the All-great.' 23 ۞ Say: 'Who provides for you out of the heavens and the earth?' Say: 'God.' Surely, either we or you are upon right guidance, or in manifest error. 24 Say: "You will not be questioned about the sins that we have committed, nor shall we be questioned about your deeds." 25 Say, "Our Lord will gather us all together and issue the true Judgment about our differences. He is the Best Judge and All-knowing." 26 Say: 'Show me those you have joined to Him as associates. No indeed; rather He is God, the All-mighty, the All-wise.' 27 We have not sent thee but as a universal (Messenger) to men, giving them glad tidings, and warning them (against sin), but most men understand not. 28 And they say: When will this promise be (fulfilled) if you are truthful? 29 Say: You have the appointment of a day from which you cannot hold back any while, nor can you bring it on. 30
