The Bee (Al-nahl)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ God's help will certainly support (the believers), so pagans do not (seek) to hasten it. God is too Glorious and Exalted to be considered equal to idols. 1 He sends the angels with revelation by His command, to any of His creatures as He please, (saying): "Warn that there is no god but I, so fear Me." 2 He hath created the heavens and the earth with a purpose. Exalted is He above that which they associate. 3 Man He created from a drop of semen; and still he becomes an open contender. 4 He has created cattle for you: from them you derive food and clothing and numerous other benefits; 5 And in them is your elegance, when you bring them home at evening, and when you leave them to graze. 6 And they carry your loads to [many] a place which [otherwise] you would be unable to reach without great hardship to yourselves. Verily, your Sustainer is most compassionate, a dispenser of grace! 7 And [He created] the horses, mules and donkeys for you to ride and [as] adornment. And He creates that which you do not know. 8 It is for Allah to show the way. Some swerve from it, but had He willed, He would have guided all of you. 9
