1/4 Hizb 39
< random >
The unbelievers say, 'What, when we are dust, and our fathers, shall we indeed be brought forth? 67 We have certainly been promised this, we and our fathers before; these are naught but stories of the ancients 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 And grieve thou not for them, nor be in distress because of what they plot (against thee). 70 And [when] they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 And indeed your Lord knows what is hidden in their bosoms, and what they disclose. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord judges between them with His command; and He is the Almighty, the All Knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor can you be a guide to the blind out of their error; you cannot make to bear (any one) except those who believe in Our communications, so they submit. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
