The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who createth, then disposeth; 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 It is He who has caused the grass to grow, 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except as Allah wills: For He knoweth what is manifest and what is hidden. 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder profits, 9 Those who fear will understand. 10 but the wretched will turn away from it. 11 Who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 While the hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 The Scriptures of Ibrahim (Abraham) and Musa (Moses). 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
