The warnings also came to Pharaoh's people, 41 They cried lies to Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with the seizing of One mighty, omnipotent. 42 Are your disbelievers better than those, or have ye some immunity in the scriptures? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 Indeed, the Hour of Doom is their appointed time, and the Last Hour will be the most severe, and the most bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 The Day they will be dragged through the Fire on their faces, (they will hear:) "Taste ye the touch of Hell!" 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 Our command consists of only one Word which is carried out in the twinkling of an eye. 50 We have destroyed the likes of you; is there any that will remember? 51 [They were truly guilty] because all [the evil] that they ever did had been [revealed to them as such] in the [ancient] books of [divine] wisdom; 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 Surely those who shun disobedience will dwell amidst Gardens and running streams 54 where they will be honourably seated in the presence of a King, Mighty in Power. 55
