In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

Praise belongs to God, the Lord of all Being, 2 The Compassionate, the Merciful. 3 Lord of the Day of Judgment! 4 You alone do we worship, and You alone do we turn for help 5 Guide us to the Straight Path, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
