The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful; 3 the Master of the Day of Doom. 4 Thee alone do we worship and of Thee alone do we seek help, 5 Guide us to the straight path: 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7

Almighty God's Truth.
