And says man, “When I am dead, will I soon be brought forth alive?” 66 But does man not remember that We created him when he was nothing before? 67 So, by thy Lord, without doubt, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Evil Ones (with them); then shall We bring them forth on their knees round about Hell; 68 Then We shall pluck out from every sect whichever of them was most stubborn in rebellion to the Beneficent. 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 And not one of you but shall pass over it: it is for thy Lord an ordinance decreed. 71 Then We shall deliver those that were godfearing; and the evildoers We shall leave there, hobbling on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say thou: whosoever is in error - surely unto him the Compassionate lengtheneth a length, until when they behold that wherewith they were threatened, either the torment or the Hour, then they shall come to know whosoever is worse in position and weaker as an army. 75 Allah increaseth in right guidance those who walk aright, and the good deeds which endure are better in thy Lord's sight for reward, and better for resort. 76 Have you seen he who disbelieves Our verses and yet says: 'I shall surely be given wealth and children' 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 Never; We shall now record what he says and give him a prolonged punishment. 79 and We shall inherit from him what he says, and he shall come to Us alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 By no means! They shall soon deny their worship and shall become their adversaries instead. 82
