Then whosoever does righteous works, while believing, his striving will not go unappreciated. We record them all for him. 94 It is imperative that a habitation We have destroyed will not desist (from unbelief) 95 until Gog and Magog are let loose to rush down from the hills. 96 when the true promise draws near; the eyes of the unbelievers will stare (and they will say): 'Alas for us! Of this we have been heedless. We have been harmdoers' 97 “Indeed you* and all that you worship** besides Allah, are the fuel of hell; in it you must go.” (* All disbelievers ** Idols and disbelievers who claimed to be Gods. The Prophets like Eisa and Uzair who were worshipped are exempt from this, and so are Maryam, and trees and the moon etc.) 98 if those had really been deities, they would not have been led there; but there they will remain forever. 99 There, sobbing will be their lot, nor will they there hear (aught else). 100 [But,] behold, as for those for whom [the decree of] ultimate good has already gone forth from Us these will be kept far away from that [hell]: 101 They will not hear its sound, while they are, in that which their souls desire, abiding eternally. 102 The Supreme Horror will not grieve them, and the angels will welcome them, (saying): This is your Day which ye were promised; 103 The Day whereon We shall roll up the heaven like as the rolling up of a scroll for books. Even as We began the first creation, We shall restore it: a promise binding upon Us; verily We have been the Doers. 104 And indeed We wrote, after the reminder in the Zaboor that, “My virtuous bondmen will inherit the earth.” 105 Herein, surely, is a message for those devoted to worship. 106 And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds. 107 Say, "It has been revealed to me that your God is but One God. Will you then submit to Him?" 108 But if they turn back, Say: "I have proclaimed the Message to you all alike and in truth; but I know not whether that which ye are promised is near or far. 109 Surely He knows what is spoken openly and He knows what you hide; 110 “And what do I know – it may be a trial for you, and an enjoyment for a time.” 111 He said: 'My Lord, judge in truth. Our Lord is the Merciful whose help is ever to be sought against what you describe' 112
