And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 But, verily, thy Sustainer knows all that their hearts conceal as well as all that they bring into the open: 74 Nor is there aught of the unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record. 75 BEHOLD, this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel most [of that] whereon they hold divergent views; 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 So rely upon Allah; indeed, you are upon the clear truth. 79 You do not make the dead hear, nor do you make the deaf hear you call when they turn about, retreating. 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
