۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then the Pharaoh sent announcers to the cities, 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
