The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, “Shall we believe in you, whereas the abject people are with you?” 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 And I am not (here) to repulse believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: "O Noah! If you do not desist, you will certainly become one of the accursed." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
