The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 when Noah, their brother, said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 And I am not going to drive away the believers; 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
