When the trumpet blast is sounded they will come out of their graves and hasten to their Lord, 51 "Woe betide us!" they will say, "Who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what the Lord of Mercy promised: the messengers spoke the truth! 52 It will be but one blast, and they will all be brought before Us together. 53 No soul will be in the least bit wronged on that Day and no one will receive any recompense other than what he deserves for his deeds. 54 Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation - 55 they and their wives, shall recline on couches in the shade. 56 They shall have fruits and all that they call for. 57 'Peace!' -- such is the greeting, from a Lord All-compassionate. 58 [Then He will say], "But stand apart today, you criminals. 59 ۞ "Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?- 60 "And that ye should worship Me, (for that) this was the Straight Way? 61 But he beguiled a great many of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 This is the Hellfire which you were promised. 63 Suffer therein on this day for your disbelief. 64 On that Day We shall set a seal on their mouths but their hands will speak unto Us, and their feet will bear witness to whatever they have earned [in life]. 65 And if We please We would certainly put out their eyes, then they would run about groping for the way, but how should they see? 66 And if We pleased We could paralyse them in their tracks, and they would not be able to move forward or turn back. 67
