3/4 Hizb 37

۞ AND [there came a time when] We inspired Moses thus: "Go forth with My servants by night: for, behold, you will be pursued!" 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 Then We drave them forth from gardens and springs. 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 Pharaoh and his people pursued them at sunrise, 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses: 'Strike the sea with your staff', so it divided and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Verily! In this is indeed a sign (or a proof), yet most of them are not believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
