The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 (and none denies its descending) 2 It will bring low (some); (and others) it will exalt; 3 When the earth is shaken with a shock 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 So that they become a scattered dust, 6 And ye will be three kinds: 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 And those on the Left Hand (i.e. those who will be given their Record in their left hands), Who will be those on the Left Hand? (As a disgrace for them, because they will enter Hell). 9 And the Outstrippers, the Outstrippers 10 They shall be near-stationed (to their Lord), 11 They will dwell in the Gardens of Bliss: 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 and a few from later times. 14 (They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 they will be waited on by ageless youths 17 With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring - 18 by which their minds will not be clouded and which will not make them drunk; 19 And such fruits as they fancy, 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire to eat; 21 And [with them will be their] companions pure, most beautiful of eye, 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 The reward for what they did. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk nor any sinful speech. 25 Other than "Peace, peace" the salutation. 26 The Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 27 Among thorn-less lote-trees. 28 And acacia covered with heaps of bloom, 29 Lengthened shadows, 30 and flowing water 31 And fruit in plenty 32 Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, 33 And couches raised up. 34 and their spouses We shall have brought them into being afresh, 35 And made them virgins, 36 Loving, equals in age, 37 for the Companions of the Right 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
