No! I swear by that you see 38 And all that ye see not 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet: little it is ye believe! 41 Nor the word of a soothsayer; little is it that you mind. 42 It is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he [i.e., the Prophets] had forged this Discourse and thereafter ascribed it to Us, 44 We surely had lain hold of him by the right hand. 45 And then severed his life-artery, 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 The Quran is certainly a reminder for the pious ones. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 yet, behold, this [rejection] will indeed become a source of bitter regret for all who deny the truth [of God's revelation] 50 Certainly it is a Truth of absolute certainty. 51 Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 52
