No, by the moon! 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 And by the Dawn as it shineth forth,- 34 Surely, it is one of the gravest things, 35 As a warning to humanity - 36 To whoever wills among you to proceed or stay behind. 37 Every soul will be in captivity for its deeds 38 Except those of the right hand 39 In gardens, they shall ask each other 40 About the criminals, 41 "what led you into hell?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 We indulged and persisted in useless disputes, 45 and rejected the Day of Judgment 46 until death approached us". 47 The intercession of the intercessors will be of no benefit to them. 48 Then what is the matter with them that they turn away from admonition?- 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 Fleeing from a lion! 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 No indeed; but they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Nay; this is an Exhortation. 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56
