Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts 1 And by the winds that blow violently, 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 by (the angels) who make a clear distinction between right and wrong 4 and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets) 5 excusing or warning, 6 surely that which you are promised is about to fall! 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 when heaven shall be split 9 And when the mountains are carried away by wind. 10 and when the messengers are brought together at the appointed time -- 11 For what Day are these (portents) deferred? 12 The Day of Judgement. 13 And what will explain to thee what is the Day of Sorting out? 14 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 15 Did We not destroy the former generations? 16 and make others settle after them in their land? 17 Thus do We deal with men of sin. 18 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 which We placed within a sure lodging 21 for a term pre-ordained? 22 And We determined [it], and excellent [are We] to determine. 23 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 24 Made We not the earth to be a housing 25 for the living and the dead? 26 Have We not placed high mountains upon it and given you fresh water to drink? 27 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 28 [They will be told], "Proceed to that which you used to deny. 29 proceed towards the three-pronged shadow, 30 wherein there is neither shade, nor freeing from the blazing flames 31 Verily it shall cast forth sparks like unto a castle. 32 and yellow camels. 33 On that day, woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 34 That will be the Day on which they will not (be able to) utter a word, 35 neither be given leave, and excuse themselves. 36 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 37 That will be the Day of Reckoning. Gathered will be you and the earlier generations. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Woe on the day unto the beliers! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
