Verily for the God-fearing is an achievement. 31 and gardens and vineyards, 32 and youthful maidens of like age, 33 And a cup overflowing. 34 No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood - 35 a recompense from your Lord and an ample reward 36 the Lord of the heavens and earth, and all that is between them, the Merciful, of whom they are unable to speak. 37 On that Day, when the Spirit (Gabriel) and the angels stand in ranks they shall not speak, except he to whom the Merciful has given permission, and says what is right. 38 That is the True Day; therefore whoever wills may take the path towards his Lord. 39 We warn you of a punishment that has come near; a day on which man will see what his own hands have sent ahead, and the disbeliever will say, “Alas – if only I were dust!” 40
