Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
Is it harder to create you or the heaven? But Allah built it, 27 He raised the height thereof and ordered it; 28 He has made its nights dark and its days bright. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 anyone who has acted arrogantly 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask thee of the Hour: when will it come to port? 42 But how are you to know? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
