The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), glorify the Name of your lord, the Most High, 1 Who creates, then makes complete, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 Then made it dry and dark. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 And We will make your way smooth to a state of ease. 8 Therefor remind (men), for of use is the reminder. 9 Admonished is he indeed who feareth, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 The one who will enter the biggest fire. 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 who remembers the name of his Lord and prays, shall indeed be successful. 15 But you prefer the worldly life, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Most surely this is in the earlier scriptures, 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
