Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 and relieved you of your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 With difficulty is surely ease. 6 So when you are free, nominate. 7 And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
