Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

DOOMED are the hands of him of the glowing countence: and doomed is he! 1 His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him! 2 He will suffer in a blazing fire 3 and his wife, laden with firewood 4 [who bears] around her neck a rope of twisted strands! 5

Almighty Allah's Truth.
