The day We shall gather from every community a section of those who denied Our signs, and they will be brought (in separate groups), 83 So that when they come (before the Lord) He will say: "Did you deny My signs without having understood them? Or what was it that you were doing?" 84 And the Word has appeared upon them because of their injustice, so now they do not speak. 85 Have they not seen that We have created the night for them to rest and the day for them to see. In this there is evidence for the believing people. 86 And the Day that the Trumpet will be sounded - then will be smitten with terror those who are in the heavens, and those who are on earth, except such as Allah will please (to exempt): and all shall come to His (Presence) as beings conscious of their lowliness. 87 And you will see the mountains and think them solid, but they shall pass away as the passing away of the clouds. The Work of Allah, Who perfected all things, verily! He is Well-Acquainted with what you do. 88 Whoever brings a good deed (i.e. Belief in the Oneness of Allah along with every deed of righteousness), will have better than its worth, and they will be safe from the terror on that Day. 89 But those who come with an evil deed shall have their faces thrust into the Fire: 'Are you recompensed except for your deeds' 90 I am commanded only that I should serve the Lord of this city, Who has made it sacred, and His are all things; and I am commanded that I should be of these who submit; 91 And to rehearse the Qur'an: and if any accept guidance, they do it for the good of their own souls, and if any stray, say: "I am only a Warner". 92 And say: Praise be to Allah Who will show you His portents so that ye shall know them. And thy Lord is not unaware of what ye (mortals) do. 93
