And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 We helped them, and they became victorious, 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 Verily Elias is one of the apostles. 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 “Allah Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 excepting only [those who were] God's true servants; 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 he was among Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 and in the night; will you not understand? 138
