Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them both and their people from the mighty distress. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 And We led the twain on unto the straight path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be on Moses and Aaron. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Lo! they are two of Our believing slaves. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: Do you not guard (against evil)? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they denied him, so they surely will be haled forth (to the doom) 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 We then destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
