Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I worship only Allah, and I do not ascribe any partner to Him.” 20 Say: "It is not in my power to cause you harm, or to bring you to right conduct." 21 Say, "Surely no one can protect me against God, nor can I find besides Him any place of refuge. 22 My duty is only to convey that which I receive from Him and His messages." For those who disobey God and His Messenger there is the fire of hell, wherein they will abide forever. 23 [Let them, then, wait] until the time when they behold that [doom] of which they were forewarned: for then they will come to understand which [kind of man] is more helpless and counts for less! 24 Say, "I do not know if what you are promised is near or if my Lord will grant for it a [long] period." 25 [He is] Knower of the unseen, and He does not disclose His [knowledge of the] unseen to anyone 26 Except to a Messenger (from mankind) whom He has chosen (He informs him of unseen as much as He likes), and then He makes a band of watching guards (angels) to march before him and behind him. 27 so that He may know that the messengers have delivered the messages of their Lord. He encompasses all that is with them and He keeps count of all things. 28
