Al-A'alaa
The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 who determines the nature [of all that exists], and guided it accordingly; 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then made it a blackening wrack. 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 except what Allah should wish. He knows all that is manifest and all that is hidden. 7 and [thus] shall We make easy for thee the path towards [ultimate] ease. 8 Wherefore admonish thou; admonition hath surely profited, 9 He who fears will mind, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 He will be cast into the Great Fire. 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purifies himself, 14 and remembers the Name of his Lord, so he prays. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
