The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Woe unto every backbiter, slanderer, 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 And what will make you know what the crushing Fire is? 5 It is a fierce fire created by God 6 Which rises above the hearts. 7 It will engulf them. 8 In extended columns. 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
