۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 they have enraged us, 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 The people of the Pharaoh pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 and We delivered Moses and those with him all together; 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
