When God said: "O Jesus, I will take you to Myself and exalt you, and rid you of the infidels, and hold those who follow you above those who disbelieve till the Day of Resurrection. You have then to come back to Me when I will judge between you in what you were at variance." 55 “So I shall mete a severe punishment to those who disbelieve, in this world and in the Hereafter; and they will not have any supporters.” 56 As for those who have believed and do good works, they shall be given their reward in full. God does not love evil-doers. 57 This We recite to thee of signs and wise remembrance. 58 Verily, in the sight of God, the nature of Jesus is as the nature of Adam, whom He created out of dust and then said unto him, "Be" - and he is. 59 This is the truth from thy Lord, wherefore be thou not of those who dubitate. 60 Tell whoever disputes with you on this matter after true knowledge has come to you: 'Come! Let us summon our sons and your sons, and our women and your women, and ourselves and yourselves, and then let us pray together and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie.' 61 This is the true story. There is no God but Allah, and assuredly Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. 62 And if they turn away, then lo! Allah is Aware of (who are) the corrupters. 63
