[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 produced water and grass therefrom, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 then as for him who was insolent 37 and preferred the life of this world, 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 (Muhammad), they ask you, "When will the Hour of Doom come?" 42 But how are you to know? 43 This matter is in the hands of your Lord. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the Day when they behold it, it will be as if they had lingered but an evening, or, a morning. 46
