Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 On the Day whereon We shall gather the God-feaing unto the Compassionate as an embassy. 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And the disbelievers said, “The Most Gracious has chosen an offspring.” 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 The heavens almost rupture therefrom and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 Verily He encompasses them and has counted them all. 94 And all of them are coming to Him on the Day of Resurrection alone. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 We have therefore made this Qur’an easy upon your tongue, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) for you to announce glad tidings with it to those who fear, and warn those who are quarrelsome. 97 How many generations have We destroyed before them! Do you sense even one of them, or hear a whisper from them? 98
