Have you heard the story of the honorable guests of Abraham? 24 They entered to him and said: 'Peace' And he replied: 'Peace, you are people unknown to me' 25 Then he went back to his family and brought a fat roasted calf 26 And placed it before them, (saying): "Will you not eat?" 27 He felt afraid of them; but they said: "Have no fear," and gave him the good news of a wise son. 28 His wife came out lamenting, striking her forehead, and said: "I, am old and barren woman?" 29 "Such is the will of your Lord," they replied. "He is the Wise, the All Knowing." 30 ۞ He said: "What is then your business, O messengers?" 31 They replied: “Behold, we have been sent to a wicked people 32 That we may send upon them stones of clay, 33 “That are kept marked, with your Lord, for the transgressors.” 34 And in the course of time We brought out [of Lot 's city] such [few] believers as were there: 35 But We did not find therein save a (single) house of those who submitted (the Muslims). 36 And We left there a Sign for such as fear the Grievous Penalty. 37 As (there was) in Moses when We sent him to the Pharaoh with clear authority. 38 But he turned away with his supporters and said," A magician or a madman." 39 So We took him and his hosts, and dumped them into the sea, while he was to be blamed. 40 And in Ad: When We sent upon them the destructive wind. 41 that left nothing it came upon, but made it as stuff decayed. 42 And in Thamud's also was a lesson, when it was said unto them: enjoy yourselves for a season. 43 But they revolted against the commandment of their Lord, so the rumbling overtook them while they saw. 44 they could neither stand up straight, nor were they helped. 45 And the people of Nuh before, surely they were a transgressing people. 46
