The Rolling (Al-Takweer)
29 verses, revealed in Mecca after Thorns (Al-Masad) before The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
WHEN THE SUN is folded up, 1 When the stars fall, losing their lustre; 2 when the mountains shall be set in motion, 3 And when the pregnant she-camels shall be neglected; 4 And when the wild animals are made to go forth, 5 When the oceans surge and swell, 6 and when all human beings are coupled [with their deeds,] 7 questions are asked about the baby girls buried alive, 8 For what sin she was killed? 9 And when the pages are made public 10 And when the sky is stripped away 11 And when Hellfire is set ablaze 12 And Paradise brought near, 13 then shall a soul know what it has produced. 14 So I swear by the retreating stars - 15 The planets withdrawing into themselves, 16 And by the night as it closes in 17 and the morn as it breathes. 18 truly this is the word of a noble Messenger 19 Owner of power, and high rank with (Allah) the Lord of the Throne, 20 Obeyed one; then trustworthy. 21 (O people of Makkah), your companion is not mad; 22 And he has already seen Gabriel in the clear horizon. 23 he is not niggardly of the Unseen. 24 Nor is this the word of an outcast devil. 25 So whither do you stray? 26 This is naught else than a reminder unto creation, 27 So let those who want, choose the right guidance 28 but will you shall not, unless God wills, the Lord of all Being. 29

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
