۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 they have enraged us, 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 and treasures and a noble station; 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
