Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 We stretched the earth and placed upon it firm stabilisers, and made all things grow upon it balanced evenly. 19 And we have given unto you livelihoods therein, and unto those for whom ye provide not. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 We let loose fertilizing winds, and bring water from the sky for you to drink; and you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 Truly, it is We who bring to life and We who cause death and We are the inheritor of all things. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
