The Bee (Al-nahl)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ The decree of God is at hand, so do not seek to hasten it. Holy is He, and exalted far above what they associate with Him. 1 He sends the angels with revelation by His command, to any of His creatures as He please, (saying): "Warn that there is no god but I, so fear Me." 2 He created the heavens and the earth with truth. Exalted is He above what they associate (with Him)! 3 He hath created man from a drop, and Lo! he is a disputer open. 4 And the cattle! He hath created them. For you in them there is warmth and other profits and of them ye eat. 5 And wherein is beauty for you, when you bring them home in the evening, and as you lead them forth to pasture in the morning. 6 They carry your loads to places which you could otherwise not reach without great hardship, surely, your Lord is compassionate and merciful, 7 And horses, and mules, and asses, for you to ride, and as an adornment; and He creates what you know not. 8 The straight way leads to God and there are ways which deviate from the right course. If He so wished, He would guide you all. 9
