Perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) from mid-day till the darkness of the night (i.e. the Zuhr, 'Asr, Maghrib, and 'Isha' prayers), and recite the Quran in the early dawn (i.e. the morning prayer). Verily, the recitation of the Quran in the early dawn is ever witnessed (attended by the angels in charge of mankind of the day and the night). 78 Say a supererogatory prayer at the hour of the first watch: Your Lord may raise you to a most exalted station. 79 And pray: "My Lord! Cause me to enter wherever it be, with Truth, and cause me to exit, wherever it be, with Truth, and support me with authority from Yourself." 80 And say, "Truth has come, and falsehood has departed. Indeed is falsehood, [by nature], ever bound to depart." 81 And We send down, of the Koran, that which is a healing and a mercy to the believers; and the unbelievers it increases not, except in loss. 82 When We do favors to the human being, he disregards it and turns away from it. When evil afflicts him, he becomes despairing. 83 Say: 'Every man works according to his own manner; but your Lord knows very well what man is best guided as to the way.' 84
