The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 We and our fathers were promised this before; these are but old stories." 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 Yet they say: "When will this promise come to pass? (Tell Us) if you speak the truth." 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 Lo! thy Lord is full of bounty for mankind, but most of them do not give thanks. 73 And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Indeed this Qur'an explains to the children of Israel much of what they are at variance. 76 It is a guide and mercy for the believers. 77 Surely, by His Judgement, your Lord will decide between them. He is the Mighty, the Knower. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; you are indeed upon the clear Truth. 79 Thou shalt not make the dead to hear, neither shalt thou make the deaf to hear the call when they turn about, retreating. 80 And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
