Evidence (of the truth) for them is how We revived the dead earth 33 We made in it gardens of date-palms and vines, and We caused springs to gush forth 34 That they may enjoy the fruits of this (artistry): It was not their hands that made this: will they not then give thanks? 35 Glory be to Him, Who has created all the pairs of that which the earth produces, as well as of their own (human) kind (male and female), and of that which they know not. 36 And the night is another Sign for them. We strip the day from it and they become plunged in darkness. 37 how the sun moves in its orbit and this is the decree of the Majestic and All-knowing God; 38 We have determined the stations of the moon, so that (after its wanderings) it returns as a dried up inflorescent spike of dates. 39 It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming. 40 Another sign for them is that We carried their offspring in the laden Ark. 41 and [that] We create for them things of a similar kind, on which they may embark [in their travels]; 42 And if We list, We shall drown them, and there will be no shout for them, nor will they be saved. 43 unless it be a mercy from us, and as an enjoyment for a season. 44 When it is said to such people: “Guard yourselves against what is ahead of you and what has preceded you that mercy be shown to you” (they pay scant heed to it). 45 Yet there never comes to them any sign of their Lord's signs, but they turn away from it. 46 And when it is said to them, "Spend from that which Allah has provided for you," those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Should we feed one whom, if Allah had willed, He would have fed? You are not but in clear error." 47 They say, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?" 48 They must be waiting for but one single blast, which will overtake them while they are still disputing. 49 So they shall not be able to make a bequest, nor shall they return to their families. 50
